Ship & Shore Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer design incorporates maintenance friendly poppet valves with a single pneumatic or hydraulic actuator to minimize system components.  The fast acting two disc poppet operation minimizes sealing surface area for maximum destruction efficiency performance.

Inlet and outlet manifolds are located below the ceramic heat exchanger beds to allow timely access to key valve train components for routine maintenance inspections.  Specifically designed for hand tool access.  No need for long cool down periods for maintenance needs.   This keeps your process online and regulatory reporting to a minimum.
