Huge NOx Control Program in China will Boost Catalyst and SCR System Sales

“Chinese Utility Plan identifies a number of NOx removal projects incorporating Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)”.

In the next seven years, Chinese utilities will start to use SCR for more than 45,000 MW of new coal-fired boilers per years. Most of the new plants will be equipped by Selected Catalytic Reduction (SCR). China is the leader to use coal-fired power plant SCR and followed by Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Although most of European power plants, Gas turbine power plants in the US, and oil-fired boilers in the Middle East have been equipped by SCR, their capacities are small compared to coal-fired boilers plants in China.  For more information please click on: https://www.mcilvainecompany.com/brochures/chinese_utility_plans_brochure.htm
