Overview

A leading flexographic printing and packaging manufacturer in Rockwall, Texas partnered with Ship & Shore Environmental to support a major facility expansion while maintaining strict environmental compliance. With increasing production demands, the client required a high-capacity emissions control system that could deliver consistent performance and allow for future growth.

Challenge

The addition of new printing presses significantly increased VOC emissions, creating the need for a reliable solution to meet stringent air quality regulations. The system also needed to integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure while supporting long-term scalability and uninterrupted operations.

Solution

Ship & Shore Environmental engineered and installed a 75,000 SCFM Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) designed to achieve greater than 99% destruction efficiency.

Through multiple site visits and detailed evaluations, our engineering team:

  • Planned for future expansion, including additional presses and floor sweeps
