AM Monday – The Risk of Third-Party Service Providers

We strongly advise against using any third-party service providers, other than Ship & Shore Environmental, to maintain your unit. Recently, a customer experienced significant operational issues after their system was serviced by an unqualified oxidizer company. These issues resulted in a major performance degradation, requiring our technicians to return and restore the system to proper working conditions.

The external service provider tampered with critical components of our proprietary system, including the RTO pressure switch and seals. Their lack of expertise in handling our specialized equipment led to these complications. Please be aware that these third-party companies often rely on repeat service calls, which could compromise your unit’s efficiency and longevity.
