Recently, EPA declares a new state dashboards and comparative maps to release the latest the performance of state, EPA enforcement and compliance programs across the country. It helps to address serious pollution problems and highlighted areas where State and EPA need strengthen enforcement and compliance effort.
Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO) website is a transparency tools that allows the user to map federal and state inspection, violation, and enforcement information for more than800,000 regulated facilities. The dashboard and maps include type of violation found, enforcement action taken and penalties assessed by State. ECHO is an easy friendly format that helps the user to understand and use.
