AFTERMARKET MONDAY
October 2019 – Social Media Posts
For weekly essential tips on aftermarket services regarding your Ship & Shore RTO and Pollution Control Equipment, follow our social media accounts.
To kick-start our 19th year anniversary month, Ship & Shore Environmental recently held a three-day Internal “Mind Share” event to strategize for the upcoming year, plan for growth, and team build with one another. Every single one of our global Sales Representatives, Aftermarket Service Team/Field Technicians, and Close Partners from China, Thailand, Singapore, and all throughout the US joined our team at our Home Office in Signal Hill, CA. We were able to fortify our strengths, analyze areas for improvement, and even discuss new Ship & Shore innovations currently in development.
#AftermarketMonday tip of the week: Place your trust in a team that trusts in each other. During the Internal Mind Share event, it was evident that our Ship & Shore Team genuinely cares about each project and put a lot of time, effort, and customized engineering into each system that goes out. In order to successfully do so, we know that trusting in each others’ experience and technical know-how is essential. As a part of our own Ship & Shore Team, your complete trust in our systems is the most important.
For Week Two of our Ship & Shore Anniversary month, we’ll be celebrating 19 years of quality pollution abatement systems. #AftermarketMonday TIP: Make sure your units are engineered, fabricated, and serviced by a team that is constantly quality checking and inspecting each stage of the fabrication process.
During the recent Ship & Shore Internal “Mind Share” event, we took some of our global Technical Sales Reps on a tour around our fabrication shop site so they can see the progress on their units. Our Engineering Manager gave them a brief rundown on the standards, procedures, and protocol that our fabrication and Project Management team go through for every single system. Being that our fabrication shop is in the backyard of our office, our team can easily quality check and inspect every component and system while it’s in the process of being made.
Ship & Shore Environmental is extremely proud to have made clean air, pollution abatement systems for the past 19 years, and we are excited to see what the following years will have in store.
Although our engineering team members have been designing, fabricating, and maintaining pollution abatement equipment for more than 100 years combined, October 20, 2019 marked are 19th Anniversary of the formal establishment of Ship & Shore Environmental. In an industry that is constantly evolving, it is crucial to adapt, be flexible, and most importantly #innovative – and it is the reason why Ship & Shore has proudly sustained our growth thus far. Today we will be celebrating 19 years of innovative pollution solutions for the industry.
During our recent internal strategy and “Mind Share” event, our global team members were able to get a sneak peak at some of our newest innovations currently in the works – technologies that are sure to revolutionize the industry. #AftermarketMonday TIP: Invest your time, effort, and trust with a team that is constantly innovating new solutions that benefit your overall operations. Our unique designs (especially the ones we are cooking up) ensure maximum efficiency with minimal operating costs for our customers.
We are excited to see what the next couple decades hold for our growing company and we owe our success to each one of our Ship family members: employees, partners, and customers.
