Bill 43 -Renewable Energy Legislation

    Governor Jerry Brown has officially signed Senate Bill 43 into law. California has a long history of being a leader in supporting clean power. Recently, the state has been moving more aggressively on the issue of renewable energy and sustainability in order to capitalize on economic and environmental benefits. 

The legislation helps to make renewable energy move faster than ever before. The new law is expected to create more than 6,000 new jobs throughout the state over the next few years and generated $2.2 billion in economic activity.
