The 75,000 SCFM Ship & Shore Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) was designed and engineered to treat emissions generated from a largescale industrial flexographic printing and packaging facility in Rockwall, Texas. The RTO has an impressive destruction efficiency rating of 99%+ to ensure the client was able to comply with Texas’s stringent regulations and the requirements of their air quality permit.

Ship & Shore Engineering Team visited the client’s facility numerous times during the proposal phase, to finalize the ductwork to connect the new RTO to the existing equipment, accommodate the addition of new printing presses, and discuss the company’s future plans for growth and expansion. Our commitment to our clients starts from the very beginning of their project all the way through completion. Another perk of the large RTO is that it was designed to accommodate for any future expansion and additional floor sweeps.

This client has purchased two large RTOs from Ship & Shore Environmental, due to our highly efficient design and excellent customer service. It is also a smart investment for the client because Ship & Shore Engineering Team is extremely familiar with the client’s process, thus being able to optimize the design of the new RTO according to the requirements of the existing 40,000 SCFM (operable at 45,000 SCFM) RTO and ensure the same consistent quality.
