On a few recent site visits to our customers’ facilities, our Ship & Shore RTO Technicians took note of some changes to our units not performed by our team. These changes have lead to additional problems in the system and ultimately have resulted in having our trained technicians to perform emergency services – services that could have been avoided had our highly trained Ship & Shore technicians be involved from the start.

It is important to be aware that any involvement by a third party service company will leave your unit at high risk and prone to an overall decrease in performance. Your Ship & Shore RTO was custom engineered and designed by our Engineering Team to fit your unique process, and is best serviced and maintained by our own personnel.
