Tasks:
Inspect Burner Operation: Check the burners for proper flame ignition, ensuring that they light up without delay and maintain stable flames.
- Fuel-Air Mixture: Check the fuel-to-air ratio to ensure it is set correctly for optimal combustion. Adjust as needed.
- Clean Burners: Remove any soot, ash, or carbon buildup from burner nozzles and air inlets to maintain a consistent flame.
- Inspect Ignition System: Verify that the ignition system is functioning properly by testing the spark or flame detection sensors.
- Check for Leaks: Inspect fuel lines, air lines, and burner connections for any leaks, corrosion, or wear.
- Test Flame Sensor: Periodically test the flame sensor to ensure it detects the flame properly.
- Frequency: Inspect and clean burners monthly, check fuel-air ratios quarterly, and test the ignition system annually.
