We urge you to refrain from having any third-party service companies, other than Ship & Shore Environmental, service your unit. Recently, one of our customers experienced significant issues after being serviced by an inadequate oxidizer company. Unfortunately, their unit caught fire, necessitating the return of our Ship & Shore technicians to correct the situation.
This outside service provider tampered with our proprietary RTO pressure switch and seals (as shown in the attached photographs) because they lacked the expertise to manage our unique design. Remember, their business model relies on your constant need for service.
